presserized, is right! My doctor had me drinking Gatorade because some meds she gave me caused a bad headache. Also, if you dont have that around make a cup of hot tea, and wet a wash cloth with hot water and place if over your eyes. Get out of the lighted room and into a darker, quieter space and lay down. Tylenol Rapid Release work VERY fast [15min for me] or even Bayer. I cannot take Excedrin because it has caffeine. If you can you should take it because the caffeine speeds up the medication.

i have horrible headaches and i found excedrin migraine helps me more than any prescription i've ever had. in the meantime, get a cold rag and put it on your forehead and lay down. a lot of the time a nap in a dark, cool room helps me! best wishes
i am allrgic to paracetamol and i use 4HEAD and the headache goes within minutes available in tesco or pharmacy

Try drinking a bottle of Gatorade or Powerade. It's been proven that the electrolytes and nutrients in these types of drinks helps to ease headaches and pain better than Tylenol or Ibuprophen. I've tried it before and it actually works.

Well when you have a headache you have to drink plenty of water and relax. Take some aspirin. The aspirin will make your blood flow a lot more gently so just relax and give your self lots of fluids

you could get a lot of medicines,but using any medicine without knowing the cause for the head ache,is slow poisoning or get yourself addict to tablets.my experience and suggestion is take a hot good meal lots of water,go to bed ,try and get to SLEEP.this is the best and harmless method.however,if you are getting headache repeatedly and very often,consult a Doc,you may require a glass or you may having some other problem which would be identified by doctor.
