Is there a doctor that specializes in muscles?!

Question: ever since i started using my elliptical machine i got a dent in my thigh it looks like some one hit me with a baseball bat. and it only happened in one leg. i went to the doc. he said it was fat that moved but theres no way it could be that. it has to be the muscle. its like they took a chunk of muscle from my leg!
and nowmy leg looks deformed. any suggestions help?

An elliptical trainer (also cross trainer or simply elliptical) is a stationary exercise machine used to simulate walking or running without causing excessive pressure to the joints, hence decreasing the risk of impact injuries. Therefore whatever you are doing, this particular muscle is not being exercised. It has weakened and fallen away. Problem being, while all the other muscle have gained tone, this one has gone the opposite way. You need to do some research and find out 'which' muscle and then do some exercises on this muscle. Best of Luck

If it was truly muscle missing from that spot I would venture to say that your leg would be weaker. Is it? It might also be muscles being used more around that area. As they get bigger around it then it may look like it is becoming dented in. I'm not sure if you can find a doctor that specializes in muscles only.
