If you're able to do any cardio to increase your circulation, that will help carry nutrients and oxygen to the injury for faster healing. I had abdominal surgery last year and did as much walking as I could each day to keep my blood moving and get used to being up and about . I was able to return to work (hairdresser) after a week off rather than the eight weeks I was told I would need. Also, there are some herbal poultices that might help the bones to heal faster. I would ask under alternative help for that information as there are some very well informed people answering in that category. Good Luck and Speedy Recovery!

when i broke and tore all the soft tissue in my elbow guess what i did ....move it, move move it, use it use it use it. slowly at first of course. move it ..then rest when it really hurts. as my othropaedic surgeon said "move it or lose it" thats all there is to it a sedentary arm will heal in the position u keep it. it may hurt but u must must must move it constantly thruout the day.

depense on were its broken, though ice and heat well help, manlly heat to vasodilate Gelatine products like jello help with faster and stronger healing . hood health and good luck.

I think some ice and a good massage might work!!!
