Will Dimetapp help me sleep?!

Question: I took 4 tsp of Dimetapp. Im an adult. Its the first time Ive ever taken it.

Im not sure, it should say on the bottle, but, I know benadryl will and they also have SAFE over the counter sleeping pills that I use, which is the same ingredient they use in Tylenol PM but without the acetominafen.... GOOD LUCK...
