Groin pull + Important Game Tomorrow!?!

Question: On Wednesday I pulled my left groin at a rugby practice. When I got home it was hurting a good bit, but not too bad. It mainly made me walk with a limp and it hurt most when I tried to put on pants, get into bed, or basically lift my leg.

So I checked out of school this morning because it was painful to walk, and I didn't feel like climbing 3 stories to get to my next class. So after I get home it doesn't hurt so bad. In fact it barely hurts at all. I also noticed that when I lift my leg sometimes I hear a pop and the groin hurts and then when I lift my leg again it pops again and the pain goes away.

I was wondering if based on this, someone would be able to tell me if I can play a rugby game tomorrow night. If so, how can I do it? And what is the quickest way to get better in time for next week's rugby match? Cheers!

The fastest way to fix the problem is to read and apply the information here http://www.helium.com/tm/148271

If you want to risk turning a minor injury in to a major one, play.

Don't play. Rest and ice.
