Question: on my right foot on the left arche, theres a bump where a bone is and it is ALWAYS sore. Im seeing a doctors next week but does anyone know what this is

No one can clearly identify a medical problem by just a simple question. Keep in mind that you have given no information about your age range or activities. It could be something simple or something needing MEDICAL attention so you are doing the right thing by seeking medical attention you need.

I get those sometimes, not so much a bump but there is one.
I think it may be a pulled muscle, it almost feels like a bruise. Don't touch it or do anything to make it worse. Does it hurt when you walk?

Ahh! I get those too! Only mine was on my left ankle, the bone on the right side of my tibia. I hate it. Mine lasted for weeks and it killed to wear certain shoes. I never saw the doctor and let it go away on its own. I was limping for an entire day because it hurt so bad. It hurt to touch and hurt to move my ankle a certain way. It hurt the MOST when I wore shoes. The ankle didn't even look swollen or different...I couldn't understand what was going on. I'll be checking back here to see what everyone else says though. =)
