not to sound like the infomerrical but Proactive is the best treatment i ever used. I started to use it over 8 years ago. I haven't broke out since and get compliments on my skin all the time. I just use the face wash now, but i would pick up the whole set at first (cleanser, toner, lotion). It comes with a free mask and it is amazing! it might seem expensive but the kit lasts you 3 months so it really isn't much more expensive than purchasing something else every couple weeks or so. Wash your face twice a day, and put Benzyol-Peroxide ointment on them....
And wait until you're about 25.
Stay clean and just wait for them to go away.
If you have insurance than I think Differin is the only choice. I've used it for 2 years and it works amazingly well. The thing is that you have to get a prescription. If it's as bad as you say you shouldn't have a problem getting won from your doctor. Another thing to do is get a cleanser. I recommend the Nuetrogena Wave it cleans very deep and is really inexpensive. Great investment. Also, try taking some vitamin C. It's good for the skin.
