A few tips:

1. If you have to stand in one place for long slightly spread your legs and stand that way. Less pressure on your back.
2. Don't bend down however easy the task. Use your knees to lower yourself.
3. Try accupuncture or cranial therapy or just a massage or all together.
4. Dip yourself in a hot whirpool with a strong jet and use it on your back.
5. Sleep on your side not out flat.

It could be any one of those. Why don't you go have it checked out by a sports doctor?

your heavy chest maybe the cause..'cause there'll bo more pressure on your back since thres more wieght for it to support..
or maybe when youre lifting things you bend your back which is wrong when you lift things you should bend your knees

You should probably go to a doctor who is an osteopath. A D.O. instead of a M.D.

You should go see a musculo-skeletal specialist, a chiropractor. Often, after an accident, patients are lead to believe that nothing is wrong with them because there are no broken bones, but that is far from the truth. In most cases there are soft tissue injuries that will show up days, weeks, even years later. They will give you constant problems until they are addressed. These soft tissue injuries, if left untreated, can lead to functional scoliosis, premature arthritis and many other diseases. You need to be checked out immediately!
