Hurt ankle!!?!


Question: 10 days ago landed on my ankle sideways. i hurt for about two days. everytime i stepped it cracked. the next two days it barely hurt. then the day after that it started hurting again for no apparent reason. the next day i had gymnastics but i took it easy. same with the next. day. it kept getting worse. then i had a meet and i got really bad. it hurts on both sides of the joint in one specific spot. mostly when i push off of it, could it be more than a sprain???

Eat raw pineapple, its helps in reducing the pain and swelling

Turmeric Powder:
Put one-half teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water twice a day.

Turmeric Juice:
Put one teaspoon in hot milk, drink before bedtime, it helps reducing pain

You could have a fracture. It,s best that you get a x-ray, so you will know for sure, meanwhile keep it wrapped with a ace bandage, and dont bear any weight on it untill you find out if it,s a fracture or bad sprain.
