THE OTHER DAY IT WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY STOMACH AND TODAY ITS TOWARDS THE RIGHT SIDE OF M BELLYBUTTON...IT CHANGES

I would say that the sit ups are the cause. When you work out for a long period of time or do a lot all at once and you just started or you haven't worked out in a while then you will get those pains. It is because your muscles have weakened over time and they are out of shape. You can keep doing the sit ups, and that would be the best thing, so your body gets used to you doing physical activity more often. Good Luck!

weak abdominal muscles, sit ups are merely aggrevating the weakness, start doing jumping jacks and the pain should go away as jumping jacks condition your stomache fairly well and increases general conditioning and stamina
