Need some help with shins, hips and lowerback?!

Question: First, I am 20 years old, 200 lbs, 5'8", about 17-20% body fat

I stopped working three years ago when i started college, but recently restarted about a month ago.

I haven't been doing weights, just jump rope and jogging 10 mins and 15 mins respectively

The problem is that today before i started running while stretching, i did a shin stretch (http://www.the-fitness-motivator.com/ima... but i arced my back more then that. towards the end of the movement, my shins did this grinding sound as if glass was being rubbed on a rough gravel road, and i got a very rough pain in my shins.

then i did a butterfly stretch (http://www.tinajuanfitness.info/exercise... and my left leg felt really tight, almost as if my hip was tightened. It was only my left hip though.

Then after running for 15 mins as normally till now (as i write this) i get this sharp pains coming up just the left part of my lower back all the way up to my neck.

how do i fix this?

Well the shins are SHIN SPLINTS and really painful. You are really to heavy for your bones and joints. The pain will only get worse with age and without weight loss.

You should actually weigh at your age and height only 140.
Then you should be OK jogging and exercising.

I do think God made our bodies to carry a certain weight, too much and we really do not feel well.

Use some Ibuprofen and a heating pad on your back, Ice packs on the shins should be helpful.

You should see a certified athletic trainer, physical therapist or orthopedic doctor for an assessment of your posture. Often times posture is the culprit that causes the symptoms you describe. You need to get your body back into it's proper alignment. You also may need to start more gradually with activity and do exercises that have less impact on your legs. for example try the stationary bike or an elliptical machine first.
