Neck hurts when excercising?!


Question: When I lift weights, it feels like im using my neck, and its weird because i have really good form when i lift weights, and it always feels like im using my neck, like if i do bicep curls, i naturally stress my neck, i dont know why, i try not to, but it still happens, and it happens when i do chest presses (kind of like bench presses except horizontally) and a lot of other upper body exercises, im pretty sure this isn't good and i dont want to ruin my body

You are probably putting to much of a strain on your body.Maybe even though the weights don't seem heavy you might need a pound less.Also, you may want to lift weights only once in a while instead of all the time.
