Do U Want To Relax?!


Question: If ur answer is yes i want u to lay down breath in 4 times & out 4 times but hold ur breath for 4 seconds a breath. Then relax all ur mucles in ur body u will feel a little could or shock from ur foot to ur ur spine then urelax ur brain if u feel tired by know dont fight it just roll with it u should staylik this for 10 min then a rise u should fell much more relaxed if u do write back thanks for reading peace to the east ..

I do this a lot. But I also do yoga...really helps to learn to breathe properly. They don't teach us that here.
