hi there, i tried zyaban about 2 years ago. they gave me headache, nausia and nosebleeds stopped them within a week
i called the docs about a chest infection and she told me about champix, that was 6 weeks ago and i have been smoke free for 5 weeks
the champix gave me a little nausia for the first few days (but it only lasts 5 mins ) but its worth it. im telling everyone about them and so far 2 people i work alongside , 3 of my friends and my mother are also now non smokers through taking champix. i tried patches chewing gum, inhalors, microtab non of them worked but these tablets make it so easy to stop , people keep saying that it simply cant be that easy but in all honesty it is now 5 weeks on i am beginning to feel the benefits. no tight chest in the morning can run uphill - ive even started going to the swimming
there is no craving , i dont miss cigerettes, i feel and think like a non smoker - its crazy
dont wait - ask the doc for a course today ( or tommorow given its sunday )
