First off this is a hard problem to solve, but you will eventually have to solve it in that the world gets up at 5-7 am and goes to bed at 10-12 pm. Wake up early even if you haven't sleep that much then go exercise by walking or jogging in the sun. This will help reset you internal clock. Take a good shower and eat at regular intervals. Stay away from caffeine and sugary drinks. Do this for several days as this will eventually become habit for you. If you exhaust yourself by reading and exercising prior to 8pm then you will go to bed early.

Sometimes when I do a light streching type workout (like yoga), I go to sleep right away as my body cools down.
You might want to try melatonin tablets from the healthfood stre, one gives me a deeper sleep, and it is not a drug so no side effects. good luck, sleep is important.
