I think i know how to fix the Canadian health care system!?!
Question: There should be free health care access for basic health care needs like seeing the doctor, but things like Cat scan which require a waiting list should be private or public. What i mean is there should be atleast 4 hospital around the province which will offer it for the the private people who do not want to wait for their turn on the waiting list and all the other hospitals should keep it public for the people who want to wait for their turn on the cat scan or any other medical device that requires a waiting list.

thats what the british nhs is like...but the waiting list is LOOOOONG x
That sounds really good, actually. Unfortunatly, as an American, I dont really know how you would go about fixing that...I dont even know how you would in America.
But go for it! It's a great idea!
