Use heat for 20 mins on and 40 mins off. After you use the heat for 20 mins, immediately do a light stretch. Don't do too much otherwise you'll damage your muscle and make it far worse. Repeat the steps. Eventually, you'll notice that you can stretch a little more each time. Again, don't over do the stretch, just a light stretch. And I don't recommend doing sports tomorrow, it's way too soon and you will damage that muscle.

go to a high altitude places, some says that cells in high altitudes heal faster than those at sea level. or go to that pressurized chamber pumped with oxygen, it duplicates the same process. i heard it cost about $10,000 per session - no kidding. stroke patients esp those with no solution usually avail this type of treatment to heal their spinal injuries.

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

By a large bag of ice, fill a large zip lock bag with it and put it on your calf for 20 minutes on & 20 minutes off for as many times as you can today. This will reduce the swelling so you can move it tomorrow. Note: do not leave the ice on longer than 20 minutes as this will damage the muscle.
