sweety set down and explain to your partner that it is interfering with our sex life and that can't happen!! Oh yeah, you can get some nose strips for him.

Your partner need to have a sleep study. He/she has sleep apnea and it can be treated. They will have better, restful sleep and not fall asleep during the day and you will not have snoring!

Pillow . . . suffocate . . . just kidding . . .

First, have you discussed this with your partner and do they know about their snoring and what it's doing to your life because being sleep deprived is very dangerous. Not only to be awake and alert when being a paramedic but how about being behind the wheel driving to the emergency and your tired? A little more info about where you and your partner are at this point with this problem would help to try and give better advice.

wo thats great
