Question: i was sitting in a stradle and leaning side to side to do side abs and the side of my back ripped! it felt like a muscle, not a bone. what should i do? i stopped and stretched, but now what??

you should probably get it checked out after a few days if nothing seems to get better.
If I was you I would go get a hot pad and lay down in a comfy position for a while. If you don't have a hot pad, you could either buy one or make something like it by getting a clean sock putting rice in it and tying the end. Then warm the rice in the microwave and putting it on the painful spot. Or soaking with some bath oils might help?
