You probably tweaked a muscle or something... happens a lot. When i messed my back up I took hot baths a lot... and put a heating pad on it... it helped to relax the muscles and lessen the pain... if it gets worse though you should prob. see a doctor to get a muscle relaxer or something.

medicine

might be because of that time of month?;)

you may have pulled a muscle or something like that. go get x-rays done.

You may have pulled a muscle, I would suggest talking to a chiropracter.

Do you stand a lot? That is why mine hurts, I lay down on my back and out a pillow under my lower back. It hurts right at first but it makes it feel so much better.

common problem, a physical therapist may be able to teach you how to stretch, but call you doctor first to rule out spine injury.

you might have pulled a muscle.
i think you should go to the doctors
and see what they say.
just to be safe.

Maybe get a massage. My mom used to make me step on her back becuase I am pretty small and it helped her. I these do not help.go to a doctors and see if you pulled a muscle. If it is unbearable lay off it.

cause: too much strain maybe?
cure:just take advil and try resting it and it should start to feel better and itd be better if we knew if u did any sports or what recent physical activities u have done

You must have pulled a muscle or strained something badly.

You need to go see your doctor who can recommend a specialist.

Back problems can worsen if you don't do something about it now.

Also rest a lot.

Personally I wouldn't go rushing to the chiropractor every time your back or any other part of your body starts to hurt. What kind of activities have you been doing lately? If you are doing sit ups and other workouts your back is definitely going to be sore. Just rest for a couple of days and see how you feel. I use Biofreeze on my muscle aches and it feels really great. It cools the muscle to give you relief, that might be something to have handy if you have an active life style.

It is probably just a simple strain or sprain but it could be worse or the beginning of something worse. I am a firm believer in chiropractic care and upkeep. A doctor put it this way. You go to a dentist and doctor on a regular basis the chiropractor is the same and is actually considered a primary care physician. My chiropractor has given me the best advice on back care.

hot packs

Maybe you are stretching the wrong way. Try these stretches and maybe it will help.
