Dosage of Tranxene?!

Question: If I took Tranxene 3.75 for the first time yesterday at 11pm-11:30pm, can I take it now the next day at 6:30pm even if it's way before the time I took it last night? I feel the effects of it coming down thats why I'm asking. I can't get a hold of my doctor at this time. Thanks.
