Effect of alcohol?!

Question: i actually enjoy drinking, not really very alcoholic but yeah, it feels good. i know my limits but sometimes i'd be too reluctant to stop. i don't drink often. sometimes when i couldn't sleep i drink a lil to get myself to sleep better. or just for fun.

however, after drinking, maybe quite alot, i feel tired, thats normal, then later muscle fatigue, and the usually on the next day, my body ache, neck, arms, back, muscle ache or whatever. is this normal? i feel like shyt today. it happened a few times before.

and i heard it's not good to shower after drinking. is this true? cuz i did last night.

please help me. i'm gonna stay away from alcohol for a moment, cuz i feel like i'm dying LOL.

If you are 16 and drinking, I would say stop, be a kid and when you grow up, if you want to drink...drink...

I also must ask why do you (people) feel they need to drink to relax, get high, feel good to be happy? Our happiness (at least mine comes from within-my heart, my soul, my thoughts and my connection with God)...

It is an emotion and it was given to me and is mine..I choose which one to feel and or feed...

My point is if you feel like you must drink to such a degree, something is not quite right as the alcohol is the symptom or byproduct of the real issue...

Based upon what you wrote, you sound like a "Problem Drinker", one who is on their way to becoming an alcoholic...if you are not already there...

The body aches could be from the poisonous effect of too much alcohol unless of course you are falling down and don't remember...

Don't be afraid to say NO. Don't feel like you have to drink to be a part of any group...for if they do not respect you for your choices, you don't need them and they do not have respect to give you...

alcohol poisoning, car fatalities, and messing up with your life and the people around you, if you drink like alot.

sounds alot like a hangover

Maybe your Body is trying to send a message. Do you think maybe it is ???
I read an interesting study last week And one section glossed over the connection between people in their twenties who have strong hang overs and the same group that later in life who develop High Blood Pressure. I cannot remember where I read this.....I read like fifty studies a week
