My tummy sometimes goes hard at night?!
Question: While im asleep I can feel my tummy go hard I don't know whether I just think it does or if it's really happening, but when I wake up it feels fine, it's not saw or anything so I could just feel it in my sleep, but why would I feel it asleep and as soon as I wake up it feels normal?
Im not pregnant btw
any suggestions?

i get that feeling too. do you mean your abdomen gets tight feeling and kind of rigid? it could be muscle spasms. or maybe you are bloated. that can make you feel tight.
