Is there anything i can do to make my sweat smell better?!

Question: Iv'e never actually had a problem of having smelly sweat, and yes I do wear deoderant and shower almost every morning before school. It's just sometimes I forget to put deoderant on and it's been really hot weather latley. What can I do to make my sweat smell better under these circumstances. i.e Eating/drinking certain foods.

It's usually around the armpit region that sweats the most and then if its really hot my lower back.

thanks

WATER

and b-leiv me... it helps!

Deodorant. And don't let your wet sweat clothes dry under the sun and wear it again. It'll get worse.

Putting perfume on all your food lol.

Don't eat strong foods like garlic and onions for example. Stay away from greasy foods too. Drink a lot of water to help hydrate yourself and dilute all the smelly stuff in your sweat.
Otherwise use an antipersperant (sp?)/ deoderant.
Mitchum works FANTASTIC. The stick form of course.

IF U FART PRETTY SMELLS IT WILL ALL WORK OUT :)

Its actually the bacteria on your skin that makes you smell when you sweat. Just make sure you use lots of anti persperant deoderant

ummm idk but like if u boil(wait till it kools!!!!)green tea or sometin and like take a bath with it or just wash da parts u want with it ....do it for a week and it stops da sweatin itz kuz of da acid da tea has

Bring one of those smaller size deodorants and put it in your locker for emergencies.

eat lots of fruit. strawberries are a must.

Spicy foods, ie. chili, garlic, strong spices in general filter into your system and those essences are secreted with the sweat. Everyone's different, some people retain the odors more than others. Give this a try: cut out the spicy(pungent) foods for three weeks, and add more foods that keep your digestive system running smoothly -like fruits and vegetables. These foods also contain the hydration you need to prevent decaying food particles from sticking around in your digestive track for weeks -which is a major cause of body odor. Try an apple a day, for instance. If you give it a try, you may find you smell much fresher and healthier. Take care :)

Keep some deodorant at work or school or carry some in your backback. Drink water with lemon, when you sweat you'll smell lemony

A table spoon of high strength liquid chlorophyll every day will help as it is an internal deodorant that deodorises your perspiration before it comes out of your pores.

You can find further nformation in a web search for "liquid chlorophyll" + deodorant.
