Answers: it's painful!

walkin arround on a cold flat floor helps get rid of them - buggers arnt they!

Gentle stretching. Same as for any other cramp.

drink plenty of water it stops cramping

Put your foot on the surfice of your bath anything that is cold will help it to go away

Try taking mineral supplements (potassium, also calcium and magnesium-- they often come combined in one pill). Not just when you have a cramp-- take one a day and see if the cramps stop. Muscle cramps usually mean you're low on one of those electrolytes, especially if you exercise or sweat a lot, like from hot flashes. You don't neet extra salt.

you need to put yor feet in the warm salty ( add some salt in water) water and try not to stiff your feet relax ur foot for 10-15 mins and thenafter try to walk slowly on flat floor without slipper.

change the position of foot. put some cold water and stretch or walk slowly. cold water sprinkling will do

when its happening its best to pull the foot as if you are trying to get your toes to touch the front of your shin. it stretches all the muscles out but its damned painful doing it!
to prevent it try sleeping with your feet higher up on a pillow or something and make sure you do some foot excerises like flexing at the ankles and wiggling the toes before you go to bed to get the circulation going.
people say that getting your feet cold in the night can cause it so socks might be in order. and also a lack of salt in the diet.

try stretching it, or walking! or just some painkillers!

Keep it warm and massage some neurofen gel in.

Soak it in some epsom salt, take ur vits, walk around, eat a banana...............................
