Leg exercises that don't bend the knee?!
Question: I believe I have what is called "Water on the knee". My knees make cracking noises when I bend them. I am 23 years old.

you probably have patellofemoral syndrome, so you need to strengthen the muscles in your legs, there are different exercises you can do that will help prevent your knees from getting worse, you should go to physical therapist and they will show you proper exercises, one you can do is isometrics which is just tightening your muscle and holding it for 10 seconds and then repeating it 20 times
