hmmm snow boarding hurt with ice..i am sorry..
you can try heating pads on your sore muscles and pain reliever and lot od streches...i just did the same thing of friday and i was dead on saterday...but i had to go to work at a ranch lifting heavy thinks and riding horse...so that streached my muscled out...and then when i got home i used heat for 15 minutes then cold for 10 then heat for 15 and cold cor 10........not for too long but just for a while....hope thi helps!

Use a heating pad if you have one. If not, stay as immobile as you can in bed for as long as you can, then go for a nice long bath and back to bed. Move around when you feel better.

If it helps, there are a lot worse pains than falling on ice all day. If you play football on friday nights or the weekend you don't stop hurting until about Wednesday, and then it's time to play football again.

ibuprofen and tylenol together- u can include benadryl to help u sleep

The best thing to do is full your tub with warm/hot water (not hot enough to burn you). Add about a cup of Epsom Salts while it is filling, and swish the water around to dissolve the salts. Put on some gentle music and you can even light a few candles if you want. Then lay back in it. After getting to a laying position, start breathing deeply ... in through your nose and out through your mouth. This will relax you and help you relax your sore and overused muscles. It will also help ease the physical pains you are feeling on your skin. You can do this several times a day until you are feeling nearly normal if you want, it is good for your body and relaxation helps in many ways in the healing of minor and major injuries.

heating pads, ice packs. take a long bath. aleve/ibprofen/advil/tylenol ect.

i have problems with my knees if i bend them to much, they become inflammed, stiff and hurt so bad i cannot move. i take a bath, lay with a heating pad and watch a movie. usualy about 20-30 minutes into the movie i start to forget about the pain.

Start with 500mg Ibprof. Ice down the pain then switch to heat. Do you have any "Benadril"? NO? GET SOME! Take as much as the package says you can, This will Knock you out long enough for the Ibprof. to reduce the swelling and keep you from whining,, Nyqill will work too,, Good Luck

you really need to try sitting in a hot tub(very hot) as long as you can stand it. but there is also a a heat wrap out yo can buy called therma wrap. i am a server and i use them all the time because my back and legs hurt so bad when i get off from work. they last about 6 hours. (the box says 12 hours...not true) but they are very affective. but you can also get some relief from a heating pad.............good luck
