the best way

1. fall off a high place (like a roof) and land on your feet
2. break it by force
3. fall and hit your leg
4. play a rough sport and get injured
5. break your arm, its easier and you will be excused from class too
6. you can cut P.E
7. forget your bathing suit
8. ask your teacher if you can learn from him/her privately in extra help or something
9. just dont break your leg
10.good luck

hope my answers help ;)

Dont break your leg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really, dont.

ask someone to hit your ankle with a baseball bat. good luck

A broken leg is very serious and that is definitely not something you do on purpose. Especially just to get out of P.E. class. It seems like you have never broken a leg before or been on crutches, because even though I haven't broken my leg, I have fractured my hip and had to be on crutches for 4 weeks. It sucks! Yea, crutches look like fun, but when you are forced to use them there not. They effect EVERYTHING you do. Plus, once you break something, it is never the same ever again. Please be careful and think of a different way out of class if you must.

get a large block of wood, then nail your shoe to it, slip your foot in and get someone to smash your leg with a baseball bat and walla

Don't do it! It's absolutely miserable. I only sprained my ankle and had to be on crutches for 3 weeks. It was the worst three weeks of my life.

haha your an idiot

jump from a 250 feet high building and land on your feet. If you'll live, you'll break your leg.

please don't break your leg, you really dont want the pain. it hurts, it really does.
if you do have arthiritis, that should be good enough to get yourself out of swiming.

Do what I did. Go to your doctor and tell them you do not want to swim because you have body image issues and all your classmates make fun of you when you are swimming. Hopefully they can write you a note excusing you from gym. They might suggest you to see a therapist, and all you have to say is "thank you, I will think about it".

i didnt want to swim in gym either, i called my doctor and told them i got a rash and asked if they could fax a note to my school. and they said surely, and i didnt have to swim. even though i never even had a rash.

i wouldn.t ... it will hurt and you can always just say you have your pd. and that your on birthcontrol and instead of not getting your pd you got it because some of them don.t work and instead of not haveing it for like 3 monts you do have it for 3 months

um, wow.

well if your'e determined to go down, go down the good way.

go skydive and break your foot landing like I did two months ago.

OK I've never been seriously injured BUT, my dad has broke several bones (arms and legs) um he's fallen out of trees and stuff like that. maybe you can try for a dislocation, jump over something and think someone is going to catch you but then, last minute, have to catch yourself. but i recently was told that i had to start swimming and was thinking about breaking my leg too but didn't know how, so i asked one of my friends how. She told me to forget breaking my leg and brake something easier that would still get me out of p.e. She told me to brake my finger.
hope you figure out how to injure your self with the least pain! ;)

sprain it by twisting it or ur arm or something, but if u really wana break something i can tell you a story my bff told me that happend to him when he was on his bike and he saw a pretty girl he looked and crashed into a pole and broke his arm he crashed pretty hard.
u could always slam something in a door or something or fall down stairs i have done that one,but didn't break anything.
