I would go to the nearest drug store and talk to the pharmacist. They are free and can be very helpful. You never said if you ate anything before you went out that night. You may have gotten a hold of some bad food. People that get Ecoli experience these symptoms. If the pharmacist can't help you, check around and see if you can find a local health clinic that helps people on welfare. They are free. They sometimes ask for a small donation if you can afford that. Otherwise you pay nothing. I would not let this continue too long. 3 or 4 days is a long time to have this. Try to keep yourself hydrated and drink plenty of fluids in the meantime. Good Luck!

Stuff the insurance! Go to emergency now! What would you prefer - broke or dead?

This sounds reallly serious, I would definatly see a doctor, You have too coz it isnt gonna get better by itself.

GET YOURSELF TO A DOCTOR A.S.A.P. This is not a matter to be taken lightly. It is probable that you are bleeding internally. It is possible to bleed to death!!!!!

You need to get to the hospital right away. You have internal bleeding somewhere in your bowels that needs to be stopped. You could have an ulcer. If you do not get this seen right away, you could end up the a colostomy which is an opening made in your stomach that allows your stool to drain into a bag that you would empty. This is not something you want. Go to the ER right away. Good Luck.
