you should leave it alone. if you burst it, it can get infected. I had a blood blister and after a while, it just flattens out and goes away by itself.
u shouldnt really burst blisters but u can with a blood blister if ndone carefully. sterilise a small needle with either boiling water or a flame and then push the needle thru the blood blister across its length not downwards and out the other side. this will release the pressure . Do not squeeze the little bit of blood out, just cover with a sterile dressing.
Leave it alone. Keep the area clean. Cover it with a bandaid.
