Hip flexor groin problem, HELP!?!?!?!
Question: I have an extremely tight muscle that is attached to my hip. It is really bad and makes my hip bone hurt. Then tendons(?) really hurt and after physical activity i cant lift my leg. I had a soccer game today and did a lot of stretching and felt good, then after and hour is started to get stiff and then i couldnt run. Any advice on what problem i have or what i can do to help it.
** 2 years ago i was running and it "popped" and i couldnt run for 3 months. its been very tight since and a track meet aggrevated in a month ago.

try some hip flexor stretches, place the affected hip flexor leg in front and sit in a lunge position and push the hip out.
