It is most likely a migraine. Try taking Excedrin migraine when you feel it coming. I get really bad migraines and have to take Relpax (prescribed by doctor). If I feel a migraine coming on I grab the Excedrin migraine and it works. If I don't then that's when I have to take the Relpax. Also when I was about 5 I would get really bad headaches and I had hair down past my behind. The doctor told my mother that I needed to cut it and til this day if my hair gets to long then that is when I notice that I get most of my headaches, so I have to cut it.

Over stressed.

You may have bad vision. My brother used to have head aches all the time and then we went to the eye doctor and he needed glasses because his eye site was bad. Then he didn't have as many head aches.

Could be side effects from prescription medication if you are taking any.
