Both my feet keep on getting asleep, and I don't know how to stop it. >&l!

Question: Mostly right foot, also called "pins and needles."

Answers: Mostly right foot, also called "pins and needles."

It could be a sign for some underlying issue. It is our body's sign of saying something is not fine internally ot it could be just lack of proper circulation. Do you have any back pain? If so, it could be a back related problem. Any which ways I suggest, you visit a General Physician if you still feel the same.
Good luck.

Have you been to the doctor about it? Usually if that keeps happening they will check your blood sugar because that could be a sign of diabetes. I would go to the doctor for it...Hope that helps =)

Well, just bang you feet against the ground and don't sit crossed legged or anything.

it could be a many different things. it could be Restless Leg Syndrome, Diabetes, pressure on a major blood vessel, or poor circulation. go see a nurse-practitioner about it or a doctor, and they will tell you for sure on what it is.
