Well, yeah, you were right to think we would say get more sleep. But you can't just do it for a night or two and think it failed. I'm a recently recovering night-owl and I've never felt better. It takes about a week of going to bed at a decent time for your body to adjust to getting enough sleep. Otherwise your body's just trying to make up for lost sleep and get ahead for sleep that will be lost. I get up at 6:15 every morning and I go to bed around 10pm at night. Once or twice a week I will stay up until 11pm. Your body needs about 8 hours sleep a night so going to bed at 12pm should mean you should wake around 8am, which you are. If you want up by 7am, you should be in bed no later than 11pm, then give your body time to adjust to the new sleep schedule. You'd be surprised how often I'm already awake when the alarm goes off in the morning!

Get a girlfriend who will wake you up. Helped me!

I agree with getting a girlfriend. Then it becomes her fault if you are late, not yours. You'll be surprised how liberating this can be. Plus, she can cook for you and clean stuff, not to mention the sex. If you get an ugly one you won't even have to take her out or spend much money on her, and they do more without complaining. Good luck.

Go to be early (around 10 or 11) and make yourself get up at 7:00 a.m. Your body needs to get on a schedule and it will adjust if you are consistent.
