Tragus piercing keloid? infected? worried and confused :S?!

Question: I had my tragus pierced about 5 weeks ago (it has a hoop through it with a ball) and have been cleaning it twice daily with a solution given to me by the piercer and a cotton bud. I have also been twiddling with it because I thought you were meant to keep moving it to stop it from getting stuck and the skin growing over it.
Anyway, its still kinda producing stuff...the stuff thats coming out of the piercing is clear but when i try to move the hoop round it feels crusty. Also, there is a little slightly pink bump around the piercing...and the piercing has bled a very small amount.

So I've started cleaning it more thoroughly with cotton balls of warm salt water, savlon and the stuff the piercer gave me.

I just want to know what is actually wrong with the piercing - is it infected? Is it a keloid? - I've heard about keloids but have very limited knowledge of it. And any other advice of how to treat it? I heard tea tree oil is good?
I'm really confused, please help!

Thank you!!

You should keep it clean as you have, apply the topicals as you have, but also dry...open to air when possible...If there is redness & inflammation around this generally signifies 'infection'...call the one's who did the piercing first...describe & discuss in detail...then listen...IF you find little resolve, you can call your local hospital look in your phone book...there is sometimes a number there which says: dial a nurse..or ask a nurse/or 24hr nurse etc...OR stop by your local walk-in clinic & have it looked at by a medical professional. I gave you a couple of choices...I hope you will take heed...go to www.WebMd.com & you can type in your medical situation for easy to understand info that may help you greatly in deciding what to do. Also, a keloid is usually scar tissue where healing has already occured but simply scrred over thicker than normal, some keloids can be drained by properly trained medical personnel. Take care~
