I have a earache, what should i do to get rid of it?!

Question: my left ear hurts, my mom suggested to pour peroxide in it, but it didnt help much, how do i get rid of it? serious answers only plze :)

also putting some alcohol in your ear might help, also there's some ear ache medicine you can buy like at Walgreens or HEB---just ask the pharmacist. (it's over the counter)
