Neck hurts to turn, please help?!

Question: I have had some snowboarding wipe outs where I could feel the vertebrae in my neck cracking. For the last year or so my neck hurts if I turn it too much to the side, especially to the right. What is causeing this?

A weakness in your neck due to injuries from snow boarding. Therefore you need to see a Physiotherapist and get some specific exercises, otherwise you will have serious pain later in life. Best of Luck
