Problem being the lorcet will only deal with the physical pain. Did you explain to the Doc that you also have psychological and emotional pain? They are just as real as the Physical Pain but different drugs are prescribed. Therefore think about it and then return to your Doc. Best of Luck

I have been in a pain management program for several years due to a spine injury and here are a few links to sites I use often. 50- 7.5 a month is not very much. I get 120 10/500's a month along with oxycodone and morphine sulphate.

The first 3 of these can help you locate a pain clinic or doctor in your area.

Good luck and I hope these help you find a doctor that will help you with your pain.

Have you been to a Neurologist and an Orthopedic Dr. to discuss this situation. A Pain Management Clinic will supply you with the proper pain meds required for the level of pain you are enduring. 50/month is absolutely ridiculous- and barely 2 tablets a day! The Pain Clinic does not judge you, and refer you to the proper Specialists needed for your diagnosis. They also can treat you with other interventions such as epidurals, etc. to make your quality of life much better.
Before going on line to get meds, I'd go to a Pain Clinic. The FDA is starting to look at people that do this.
Obviously, like many FP Docs, yours is very hesitant about giving you too many medications. Pain Clinics do not do this. Take that paperwork and go see a Pain Clinic ASAP!
Good luck and take care!
