Question: ok i had a seizure and it was in SKOOL in my class it was horrible and all the guys and girls where freaking out i was sooooooooooooooooo freakin SCARY like they started crying alittle!!!!!!!!!!! i feel bad everytime i make them freak out or cry what should i do?????

ok: first off, get off the Starbucks. major high caffeine. ( jus kiddin, but when i drink it, it is like jet fuel.) I used to have a seizure disorder and i feel your pain. Are you seeing a neurologist for medication? If not, you need to do so. The can give you meds to keep it under control. As far as feeling bad for your school friends, don't worry too much about it. Put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel if it happened to them. You would feel bad for them and would want to help them ant way you could. But most importantly, see your / a neurologist. Well it's not your fault, so don't feel really bad about it. If you want to do something nice for your class because they cared then that's up to you.
Otherwise, don't worry too much about it. Thankfully you woke up and are safe!
Do you usually have them? My husband had his first one two years ago (he had never had them before) and they found a calcium deposit in his brain that was causing them. There are medications that can control it. He has not had one since going on the medication, so you should look into it if it is so embarrassing for you. Honestly though, don't let it bother you too much. High school does end.
