Cramp in side of my neck please help?!

Question: i strecthed this morining in when i urned my neck it cracked. After that i culdnt move my neck to the left it hurts so bad how do i fix it..... i gota get this pain from my neck before thursday because i have to go to work

You have probably pulled a muscle in your neck. You need to rest, apply hot or cold compresses, which you prefer until the inflammation has subsided and then you need to exercise it. Best of Luck

Sounds like your self adjustment threw you out of place. You should go see a chiropractor
