Muscle weakness! The longer you sit, the weaker the muscle get and so you slouch. The longer you stand the weaker the muscles get and so you slouch. Therefore you need to strengthen the 'core muscles' what they term the corset around the abdomen and back. The core muscles keep your spine in the correct posture and so no slouching and no pain. Depends on where the pain is, but sometimes sciatic pain can radiate to the lower back and is aggravated by to much sitting or standing. Try stretching.
