Terrible Back Pain Plzzz Help!!?!
Question: I have this awful pain in my high middle back, I've taken asprin but now the pain is to the point where i can't even laugh without a sharp pain appearing. If its not better in the morning i plan on going to the doctor but does anyone have an idea of what i did? the only pain relief i get is by hunching over when sitting and i can't arch my back or twist it or pick up objects.I havent fallen or been bumped or anything and theres not bruise. thoughts?
