hot water bottle compress, a bath, motrin (pills), and sleep!!

If they are period cramps, take some advil, run a nice long hot bath, and get into bed with a heating pad. this should relax and the advil should take affect in about 30 min.

Make sure when using a heating pad, put it on your lower back. Putting it on your stomach will bring pain outward & make it feel worse. Putting it on your lower back will actually pull the pain inward & lessen the feeling. Trust me, I thought it was strange, but works every time.
