41 and need at least 8 hours!
20 years old and about 4 hours a night (i have insomnia)
42 and about seven hours, give or take
I'm 16 and i sleep about 7-8 hours per night :)

Hi ,I am 70 plus and I sleep 9 hours a night
26 years old and usually around 3-4hours of sleep [ I have a newborn ]
59- about 7-8 hr/night.
26, about 7 hours of interrupted sleep a night, i have 2 small children and have not had a proper nights sleep for about 3 years haha.
17 and about 6 hours
57 and about 8/9 hours (but ususally wake up once in the night needing the bathroom)
Am 37 and sleep around 4 to 5 hours on an average.
