Depends on whether the prescription is in stock and whether it is a single vision (for distance or reading) prescription or a bifocal or varifocal. If its single vision and you order them tomorrow, 9/10 you could have them by Saturday pm.
i got a normal pair and prescription sunglasses in a couple of hours you should get yours the same day as long as they have your lenses instore

well i ordered a pair in January been back twice as the glass chipped (faulty lense, not my fault) and the lady told me on saturday 7-10 days as they didnt have the frame I wanted in.
Phone them and ask. I thought I had been waiting a long time so I did just that, only to be told they had been ready sometime. I then asked why I had not been phoned to which they replied that it is not their policy to phone you, it is up to you to check. So give them a ring.
