an alien baby, watch the alien series....that might just be it

There is fluid in your joints. And all throughout your body for that matter.
You sound normal.

mine feels like that every so often and i just move it around alot until it like pops. it's weird, but it works for me.

kneecaps have synovial fluid in them.. everyones

but it could just be stress on your knee and its inflamed
have you been exercising too much
or not at all?
try laying on your back and putting your leg in the air and bending it ..keep doing that.. it will help circulate if theres actually fluid in there
if it keeps up i would go see a chiropractor

It is fluid. You'll need to get your knee drained out. The fluid makes your knee swollen and will cause some troubles for you. My father and some athletic friends had to go thru with this.

could be the beginning of cellulites very painful indeed if it gets red go to the doc's right away this is not normal take care and let me know what happens if you have a small wound any where at the site this could be the entry point for infection if not it might be that you are over weight and need to reduce your salt intake
