You could also use flax seed as a natural Omega 3 supplement. Simply grind the kernels with a coffee grinder and sprinkle measured servings on food and beverages. Milled flax seed is a versatile ingredient with many foods including pastries, smoothies and even oatmeal. I'm sure that in its milled form, your kids would hardly notice it's there. Nonetheless, its nutty gritty taste on oatmeal is promising.

Do the kids have yogurt or some dessert of the same consistency? All you do is break open the capsule and mix the oil with the yogurt. Omega 3 is a OIL, so chewable it is not. If the kids are still on bottles, add it to that. Best of Luck

I've seen chewable omega 3 supplements at Sam's Club that are for children and adults. I think it was some kind of citrus flavor.

Just put the supplement in the gravy. The cover should melt and it will diffuse through the gravy. Same for soups.

They should not even notice it is there.
