It doesnt really hurt him much.... I dont think its a Std but you never know...what do you think??? He noticed it about 2 days ago.....and it hasnt got any worse...I'm not really worried bc i dont think its anything bad...but i need to know what you guys think. There are many things that can create that kind of damage on a penis. In the best case, it would be a zipper accident, or lack of certain vitamins. However, when sexual intercourse occurs, it opens micro wounds on the penis' head, even thou it is more common when having oral or anal sex, it could happen and due to the contact with the underwear, urine, or any other estrange substance it can develop into a bigger (scrape looking) wound. In any case, you should wait for at least a week and if the wound does not seem to be healing, go to a physician and get tested. Remember that you may have been the first women he has ever penetrated, but you don't know if he had oral sex before, so it is important to know all the background information.

Abstain from sex if you are worried and get him to have it looked at.
