Why am I getting daily headaches?!

Question: I've been noticing mild headaches daily for a while now. I'm not sure how long since I haven't been keeping track but I'd say a few weeks maybe? Since I noticed at least, I'm sure I've had a headache every day since I've been keeping track. I'm not sure why I am getting headaches to be honest, and that's what I'm wondering. This factors may help you understand why I have been getting a lot of headaches:

It is NOT my eye sight -- of that I am sure (tested).

I get a good amount of sleep each night so it's not that.

I don't drink coffee, but I DO drink a lot of iced tea daily. It's some Lipton's iced tea and it doesn't say anywehere that it has caffeine in it but it doesn't say it doesn't.. I tried stopping on the iced tea. Yesterday I didn't drink any -- just water. And today I didn't drink any -- but STILL the headaches!

It could be stress related although hypochondria and anxiety (somehow.. I dont think I'm anxious) would probablly be my only stress-related problems.. Help?

Perhaps you are suffering side effects from prescription medication if you are taking any.

Tea contains caffeine as well as coffee but in general only about one third or half as much as coffee.

You might be suffering from sleep apnea.
Do you also fall asleep while watching television?
Do you wake up feeling tired, even though you went to bed early?
These are just some of the symptoms.
There is a lot of information and help for this common ailment.
But it is a medical problem, so, in Australia, you need to see your doctor.
