Probably because your body is still used to being still and relaxed, and while you sleep, your heart beats slower, which also makes you tired. When you get up your body needs time to "wake up' and get moving; to get ready for the day that lies ahead. Some people don't have as much trouble with this, but I do! Just try and eat something like maybe some fruit. That should help. You could also splash some cold water on your face or take a cold shower. You should also make surre you are getting enough sleep of course, 8 to 10 hours.
Are you depressed? Do you exercise? Try exercising and it will increase your energy. Good Luck.
When I was a teen-ager that is all I wanted to do also. Are you still in your teens? Also, you did not say what time you go to bed...
Exercising and eating right have a HUGE affect on your sleeping patterns, too.
